Prunus persica 'Fay Elberta'

Fay Elberta resembles Elberta in all characteristics but requires a little longer to mature. The fruit is medium to large and is excellent for freezing because it retains its firm texture. The tree is vigorous in growth and produces very showy flowers in spring.
