Echinacea
A spectacular perennial and a must-have for every garden in northern New Mexico. In recent years many new beautiful hybrids have been introduced ranging in color from Rosey Pink to Burgundy, Orange to Bright Yellow. Easy to grow in full sun or partial shade, not xeric but drought tolerant if planted in rich, well prepared soil. Butterflies love them!
